- The manufacturing process of orange juice concentrate begins with selecting premium oranges. Sourced from trusted orchards, these fruits undergo a stringent quality check to meet our high standards.
- The fruits go to the processing facility, where they are washed and sorted manually. The manual inspection is done to prevent the use of spoiled fruits.
- The selected oranges go through the juicing process to extract the Juice. After the Juice is removed, the pulp and Juice are separated.
- The Juice is collected in the juice collection tank and subjected to an evaporation process to produce orange juice concentrate.
- The evaporation is carried out using steam or water. The orange juice concentrate is packed in aseptic bags in metal conical drums.
- The product is stored at -18 degrees Celsius to retain its organoleptic characteristics.
