IQF totapuri mango dices are produced from fresh, sorted and ripened totapuri mangoes that are cultivated naturally. Totapuri mangoes are widely cultivated in South India and predominantly cultivated in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. ABC Fruits does IQF mango export from India to various countries across the globe. Totapuri mangoes are known for their peak-like structure and distinctive mango flavour. It is used as a Totapuri mango pulp and Frozen mango chunks in food processing because of its flavour, and quality. IQF mango is used in a variety of applications that includes culinary and beverage industries. | Product sizes | IQF Totapuri mango dices/chunks of sizes 6x6mm, 10x10mm, 15x15mm, 20x25mm are made from fresh totapuri mango slices. The size of IQF mango dice is oblong, not every dice will be of the same size. Due to the geometry of the fruit, 70-75% will have two sides of the required size, while 25% will be of irregular shape. |

Totapuri IQF mango dices manufacturing process
Totapuri IQF mango dices are manufactured from premium quality totapuri mangoes that are sourced from certified farms. Once the mangoes reach our factory, the fruits are washed with chlorinated water at 100-150ppm. The totapuri mangoes are then peeled and sliced manually ensuring the process is fine-tuned. The mango slices are then washed with fresh water to remove dirt and speck particles. The mango slices are then passed through the dicing machine to get the desired Totapuri mango dice. The mango chunks are individually quick frozen by an IQF freezer to get the desired frozen mango chunks. By maintaining fluidisation and a constant temperature of -18 to -21 degrees, this method ensures that every part of the totapuri mango dice gets frozen. This results in each piece of frozen mango dice being frozen separately rather than as a unified block. By ensuring equal air dispersion throughout, the product damage is minimized. The frozen mango dice are passed through the metal detector to make sure no foreign materials are present in the product. Eventually, the IQF Frozen mango dice are packed in LDPE bags and stored in cold storage(-25 to -29 C) to retain the natural flavour of the fruit. The IQF mango dice are passed through the metal detector to eliminate speck particles. The frozen mango dice are dispatched through a refrigerated container by maintaining the preferred temperature to maintain the natural flavour of the product.

IQF totapuri mango dices are used in a variety of applications that include culinary purposes. Since the IQF products are free from chemical preservatives, flavour, and colour it is preferred in most of the food processing industries.
