IQF pineapple dice are extracted from sound mature, and selected ripened fruits. We offer pineapple products in the form of juice and frozen pineapple dice/chunks. The pineapple growing season is from July to September, and the product is available from December to January. Since the product is stored is frozen and stored under cold temperatures. The IQF pineapple chunks will be available throughout the year.

Slices/dice are passed through the Blast Freezer at -30 to -40 degrees Celsius, inspected, packed & passed through a metal detector. Overall processing is done by maintaining strict hygienic conditions throughout the processing line. |

IQF Pineapple dice/chunks manufacturing process
- The freshly picked, sound mature pineapples are transported to our factory. The pineapples are washed to remove dust and foreign particles.
- The pineapple is de-crowned, and the manual process peels off the skin.
- The peeled pineapple fruits are passed onto the conveyor belt for sorting. The pineapples are sorted based on their firmness, colour, and shape. The damaged fruits are rejected.
- The Pineapple fruits are cut into slices, placed on the conveyor belt, and passed to the dicer.
- The dicer dices the pineapple fruits to the specified sizes to produce pineapple chunks. If the required pineapple dice size is 10x10mm, the dicer is adjusted to produce the required sizes.
- The pineapple chunks are passed to the blast freezer to produce IQF pineapple dice. The freezing process ensures the IQF pineapple chunks are passed through the vibrator with a mesh of specific sizes to remove non-uniform sizes.
- The IQF pineapple chunks are packed in 10kg food-grade LDPE bags in 5-ply corrugated cartons.
- Frozen pineapple dice are stored in a cold storage room and maintained at -18 degree celsius.
