Our apple puree concentrate is produced from sound mature apples sourced from certified farms. The apple puree concentrate is best suited for beverages, soft drinks, and juice blends and has a brix ranging from 30 – 32 °. The manufacturing process of Apple puree/pulp/Apple puree concentrate
- The production of aseptic apple puree concentrate begins with the sorting and washing of apples to remove foreign particles.
- The apples are fed into the conveyor belt and secondary sorting is carried out to remove slightly damaged fruits.
- The fruits are passed through the fruit miller or crusher to produce apple puree. The produced apple puree is collected in the pulp/puree collection tank.
- The apple puree is preheated at 85 -95 degrees C and collected in the refined pulp/puree collection tank.
- The puree is passed through a strainer(2mm) to remove impurities or speck particles.
- To produce apple puree concentrate which is of higher brix, the apple puree is subject to evaporation process. During the process, the puree is heated by steam/air.
- The evaporation process ensures the removal of water content in the puree.
- After evaporation, the product is sterilized at 101 – 108 degrees C to kill pathogens.
- Eventually, the aseptic apple puree concentrate is packed in aseptic bags in MS drums.
