- The manufacturing process of Lemon Juice Concentrate begins with carefully considering Lemons. Sourced from trusted orchards, the fruits undergo multiple sortings to remove spoilt fruits.
- The fruit miller crushes the lemons to produce lemon juice. The lemon juice is further processed to be clear with no suspended particles.
- The lemon juice is subject to the evaporation process to produce lemon juice concentrate.
- The process removes the water content in the lemon juice, which results in the production of Concentrated lemon juice.
- The product is eventually sterilized and packed in aseptic bags in drums.
- The lemon juice concentrate is stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse at refrigerated 4-10 Deg C.
