- Fruit Selection: We meticulously select premium-quality pomegranates, ensuring optimal ripeness and maximum concentration of beneficial compounds.
- Extraction: Pomegranates are carefully processed to separate the arils (seeds) from the peel. The arils are then gently pressed to extract the juice, preserving its delicate flavour profile.
- Filtration: The filtered juice is subjected to an evaporation process under vacuum conditions to remove water, thus increasing the juice’s concentration and flavour intensity.
- Concentration/ Evaporation: The filtered juice undergoes an evaporation process under vacuum conditions to remove water, thereby increasing the juice’s concentration and flavour intensity. Pomegranate Juice concentrate accumulates less space and saves transportation costs.
- Sterilization: To remove microorganisms and extend its shelf life, the product is heated with steam. This process maintains the sterility of pomegranate Juice concentrate.
- Packaging: Pomegranate Juice concentrate is packed in aseptic bags in drums. The product is either stored in ambient or cold storage for extended shelf life
