White grape juice Concentrate manufacturing process
The manufacturing process of white grape juice concentrate begins with fruit sourcing followed by the below stringent quality process:
- Fruit washing and Juicing: Once the fruits are sourced, they are washed multiple times and pressed to extract the juice. The seeds and pulp are separated during the process.
- Filtration: The juice undergoes filtration to remove any impurities and ensure a clear and consistent finished product.
- Concentration: The filtered juice undergoes a concentration process, typically through evaporation under vacuum. This method removes water content, increasing the juice’s sugar concentration and enhancing its flavour.
- Sterilization: The grape juice concentrate is sterilized to remove pathogens and microorganisms. The product is not directly heated. It is heated through hot steam.
- Packaging: Eventually, the grape juice concentrate is stored in aseptic bags in drums.
