Aseptic pineapple juice concentrate is manufactured from sound mature pineapple fruits sourced from Kerala and Tamil Nadu in India. Pineapple juice concentrate is produced from Queen variety pineapples which is widely used for producing Pineapple puree and Pineapple juice concentrate. Queen Pineapple has a slightly tangy and acidic taste compared to the Kew variety.

| Pineapple juice concentrate is packed aseptically in pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed with a poly-liner in a food-grade epoxy painted (inside) open-top MS drum. Product Net weight: 250Kgs / or as per customer requirement. |

Pineapple juice concentrate process:
- The pineapple juice concentrate process begins with the pineapples being unloaded in the factory. The crown of the pineapple is cut and the skin is peeled off.
- The peeled pineapples are cut into halves and washed to remove dust and dirt.
- The washed pineapples are fed into fruit miller to produce Pineapple juice/NFC.
- The pineapple juice is collected in the pulp collection tank and preheated at 60- 75 Degrees Celsius to remove microbial organisms.
- The preheated pineapple juice is passed through the strainer to remove impurities and Decanter for waste removal.
- To produce Aseptic pineapple juice concentrate, the pineapple juice is passed through the strainer again and passed through the evaporator.
- The evaporator removes the water content in the pineapple juice to produce Pineapple juice concentrate. The product is eventually packed in aseptic bags in MS drums.
- The product has a shelf life of 6 months from the Date of Manufacturing if it is stored in the ambient temperature. The shelf life of pineapple juice concentrate increases if it is stored in the chilled condition (<10 Degrees Celsius).
