Process of Vegetable Puree

The process of manufacturing Vegetable puree involves sterilizing the Vegetable puree by heating it to a higher temperature for a short period of time and cooled immediately. 

The vegetable puree is heated at 80-110 degrees centigrade and cooled to 30 degrees centigrade. The vegetable puree is packed in sterilized bags, ensuring the product is free from microbial contaminants.
